2.    About the traveling:
-    The distance from Airport Sofia to the city of Bansko is about 160 km /100 miles/ and the route is taken for about 2.30 hours- 3.00 hours, under normal meteorological conditions and normal loading of the road infrastructure. If traveling continues more than 2.30 hours – 3.00 hours and inconveniences for the passengers occurs (delay for the flight and еtc.) because of the reasons which are not caused due to negligence of the transportation company- such as Force-Majeure circumstances, bad meteorological conditions and others, than the carrier shall not be liable to pay any kind of compensations to the passengers due to such circumstances. In all the rest occasions the carrier shall be liable to fulfill the engagements, taken towards its clients.

3.    Rights and obligations of the Passengers:
-    Every passenger shall comply with the Rules and Conditions, set out by the Carrier, providing the quality and safe implementation of the service for which each passenger pay for.
-    The main duty of the passengers shall be to comply with the strict schedule set out by the carrier and specified in details in their tickets.
-    Every one ticket shall be issued in favor in one passenger for accommodation on exactly appointed seat in the transportation facility or it shall be issued in favor of the group of passengers, who shall be accommodated on the seats, appointed by the chauffeur.
-    The person, who pays tickets for other passengers, accompanying the same person, in the frame of one inquiry, automatically shall become the representative of the group of the persons, for whom it pays for.
-    Pursuant to the European and the national requirements and specifically, pursuant to Directive of the European Union 200320/EC for carriage of passengers under 12 years of age in the transportation facilities to 3,5 tones, the same are strictly obliged to carry and use infant basket or infant seat, which shall be freely provided by the carrier during the travel. There to, the person who shall make a reservation and who shall pay for the tickets should compulsory and preliminary indicate (even in the reservation form) the number,the full names and the age of all children who are under 12 years of age, and who shall travel with the same group.
-    The luggage, which is the sole property of each passenger should be in condition, appropriate for the transportation and should be duly marked by its proprietor as its property, and should be in dimensions, permitting its safe transportation.
-    The number of the luggage, included in the passengers ticket is 1 (one) suitcase, which should be placed in the luggage space of the transportation facility and 1 (one) hand bag with the personal documents of the passenger which should be preserved by the passenger during the traveling. The taxation for each one additionally carried luggage shall be determined by the chauffeur individually and according to the shapes and dimensions of the luggage.
-    The carriage of home pets (dogs, cats and others) with the transport facility is It is absolutely prohibited, such aiming the quiet and comfort traveling of the other passengers.
-    An exception from the rule for carriage of only one suitcase is the carriage of folding baby – carriage or other type of device to it (also folding).
-    The client shall be obliged to compensate immediately, at the moment when the damage occurs, the carrier for any damages caused by him, on prices and on values, determined by the carrier itself. If the client refuses to pay or shall not be willing to pay, than the company itself shall have the right to ask assistance from the competent authorities without being liable for any insolvencies and troubles which might occur for the same client ( such as missed flight,  failed hotel reservation and others).

4.    Rights and obligations of the Carrier

Obligations of the Carrier
-    The Carrier shall provide quality execution of the services for which the clients have paid, namely- to provide safe, quiet and comfort transportation of its passengers over the route for which the passengers have paid, pursuant to the preliminary set out by the carrier conditions.
-    Every passenger shall be provided with safe, comfortable and secure traveling with enough personal space and place for luggage.
-    The traveling shall be completed with  safe, comfortable and secure  cars,vans,mini-busses all up to 20 seats, meeting the requirements of the legislation in force for safe and secure transportation of passengers, and furnished with all necessary for the comfort traveling of the passengers to the desired destination.
-    The Carrier shall take all reasonable measures for resolving of problems occurred in line with the arrangements, taken by the carrier itself.

4.2. Rights of the Carrier
-    Before or during the traveling itself, the carrier shall reserve the right to refuse transportation of some passenger or group of passengers, if the last shall consider that their behavior does not permit or threatens the safe and comfort traveling of the rest of the passengers. This refers to all persons who are under the influence of alcohol, narcotics and opiates, pharmaceutical products or with its behavior could danger the normal transportation. In all such occasions the Carrier shall not reimburse the sum paid by the passenger for the transportation and shall be empowered to refuse to have any further contacts with this person or the group of persons.
-    If someone or the group of passengers shall express its wish to stop over to appropriate place under any circumstances, which are not compulsory, this stop over shall be done only under the personal consideration and decision of the chauffeur.
-    The chauffeur, being an official representative of the company of the carrier has the right by its sole discretion to refuse to take for transportation the passenger’s luggage if the chauffeur shall consider it is not appropriately packed, or has damages which could hinder the normal and safe traveling.
-    In case on any occurred incident during the traveling, the company of the carrier shall not pay any compensation for damaged luggage, caused by the negligence of other party, if the passenger shall not have valid insurance.
-    The Carrier shall be entitled to alter or change the above mentioned conditions and requirements without any preliminary notification.
